On August 2, Spahn & Rose Lumber Co. completed its acquisition of Metro Building Products, based in Marietta, Georgia.

The merger unites two long-standing and successful companies.
Spahn & Rose, founded in 1904, is a leading lumber and building materials distributor in the Midwest and one of the top 100 in the country, according to ProSales, a contractor and construction industry publication.
